Nutrition Coaching Monthly Subscription - 2 sessions per month
This session is an in-depth look at your current lifestyle, diet, health concerns and goals. We will dive deep and work on getting to the root causes of why you are experiencing symptoms. You will come away from this session with a more concrete understanding of what’s going on with your health, some recipe ideas, and lifestyle tips – as much or as little as you as feel you can reasonably take on.
Wellness Coaching Follow-up
In our follow-up sessions, we will check in on your progress towards your goals and do any troubleshooting for what is not working. Based on where you’re at, I will provide further nutrient and lifestyle recommendations. I may provide you with ideas for meal-planning, stress-management, tips for sleeping better, or whatever it is that ails you!
Custom Meal Plan Consultation
Meal-planning is a useful tool in helping to address cravings, overeating, and eating less-than-nutritious foods. It takes the guesswork out of “what’s for dinner tonight?” and it also saves you some of that hard-earned cash.This session is for me to learn more about your food preferences, intolerances, and health goals so that I can create a custom meal plan just for you!
